15 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed into “dirt”)

6 Milano or oval-shaped cookies (for tombstones)

Gummy worms, candy bones, or candy pumpkins for decoration

Make the pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk cold milk and pudding mix until thickened (about 2 minutes).

Fold in the whipped topping: Gently stir until well combined and fluffy.

Layer the cups:

Spoon a layer of pudding into the bottom of each clear cup.

Add a layer of crushed cookies (“dirt”).

Repeat until the cups are almost full, finishing with a “dirt” layer on top.
